Paid media, run and reported every week

Google and social ad accounts planned, built, run and tested on a weekly cycle, in your accounts, with a short written report every week.

Who this is for

Companies with a working offer and a budget, and nobody to run the accounts. Use it when you can state a target cost per lead or return on spend. Do not use it to find out whether your offer works; paid traffic shows you the answer fast and expensively.

What you get

  • Account structure built or rebuilt in your ad accounts: campaigns, ad groups, audiences, conversion tracking.
  • Ads written and landing-page changes recommended, then tested on a schedule.
  • Weekly optimization: budgets, bids, negatives, audiences, creative rotation.
  • A weekly report: spend, results against target, changes made, changes planned.
  • A monthly test plan and its results.

What we need to start

  • Access to the ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, as applicable).
  • Analytics and conversion data, and the ability to fix tracking.
  • Your offer, your targets and a monthly budget band.
  • Brand assets and any approved claims.
  • Landing pages, or permission to change them.

How it runs

First comes the audit and the tracking fix, then the build, then the weekly cycle runs. A named account owner makes every change and writes every report; agents do the monitoring and the first draft of the analysis.

Timeline and price

Management is a flat fee, scoped per engagement. Media spend is billed to your own ad accounts.

Questions

Do you take a percentage of spend?
No. Management is a flat fee, scoped per engagement. Media spend is billed to your own ad accounts.
Which channels do you run?
Google Search and Shopping, YouTube, Meta and LinkedIn.
Do we own the accounts?
Yes. We work inside your accounts; you keep the history, the data and the billing relationship.
What if the results do not come?
We say so in the weekly report and change the plan. If the offer is not working we recommend pausing rather than spending.
