AI automation, built, run and handed over

We find the marketing work your team repeats by hand, build the workflow or agent that does it, run it, and hand it over documented.

Who this is for

Teams that repeat the same steps every week: reporting, lead routing, content operations, enrichment, follow-ups. Use it when you can describe the steps. Do not use it to replace a decision only a person should make; we will tell you where that line is.

What you get

  • A process audit: the repetitive work, what it costs in hours, what can run on its own, and what should not.
  • The workflows and agents, built in the tools you already run.
  • Guardrails: every step that writes to a system of record is approved by a person until you tell us otherwise.
  • Run and monitoring for the agreed term, with a log of every run and every failure.
  • Documentation and handover: how it works, how to change it, how to switch it off.
  • A monthly report: runs, hours saved as measured, failures and fixes.

What we need to start

  • A walk-through of the process, with the people who do it today.
  • Access to the tools in the chain, and who owns each system.
  • What must never happen automatically.
  • A budget band and a date you need the first workflow by.

How it runs

First comes the audit and the plan. Each workflow is then built, tested with you, and switched on with approval gates. We run it for the agreed term and hand it over with the documentation and the credentials in your name.

Timeline and price

Built, then run as a retainer. Scoped per engagement.

Questions

Do you build on Unilytics?
Where it fits, yes: the marketing skills run on the same system. The rest is built in the tools you already run. Unilytics is the skill system sold to consultants, built by the UnivSense team.
What happens when it breaks?
We are alerted, we fix it, and it goes in the run log and the monthly report. Nothing fails silently.
Can our team change it after handover?
Yes. Every workflow ships with documentation, and the credentials stay yours.
Will an agent send emails or change records on its own?
Only where you have approved that specific step. Everything else lands as a draft or a task for a person.
